Josh Barnett, former congressional candidate for Arizona, expressed optimism about the 2020 election results being recalled.
He shared this optimism with Ann Vandersteel on the March 9 edition of her Brighteon.TV program “Right Now with Ann Vandersteel.” Barnett said people in the Grand Canyon State have been standing up and demanding investigations after being fed up with rigged elections.
“I think that’s a possibility and honestly, it should have been done even before this. The ability to reclaim those electors has been proven,” he remarked, adding that he penned a resolution to show how this can happen.
“We can write an order saying we’ll go to the Republican primary winner. If we do it now before the primary, it’s not about Trump, it’s about Republicans. We do not need a resolution. I do not need Katie Hobbs’s signature. It’s a simple order and I believe that’s exactly what they should do until we have the election integrity that we want.”
Barnett also noted that the Arizona Supreme Court can determine the mayor of elections, and can reclaim its authority to appoint electors at any time. Moreover, the Arizona State Senate has the right to investigate whatever issue is on the plate. State law also allows the state senators to subpoena any person in line with these probes.(Related: Arizona’s election must be redone: Here are at least three provable constitutional violations that render the results uncertifiable.)
Vandersteel also mentioned the revelation of whistleblower Jacqueline Breger during the joint hearing of the Arizona State Senate and Arizona House of Representatives’ election committees. Breger, who was backed by Republican State Rep. Liz Harris, accused elected officials of taking bribes from the Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel. Incumbent Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs and State House Speaker Ben Toma were among the officials she named.
Following the testimony, Democratic State Rep. Stephanie Stahl Hamilton filed an ethics complaint against Harris. She accused Harris of engaging in disorderly conduct, and denounced Breger for throwing “vile smears of money laundering” against dozens of sitting officials. Hamilton requested the State House’s ethics committee to “immediately convene and investigate Harris’ actions related to the defamatory testimony” delivered by Breger.
Toma, who was named as a recipient of bribe money from the cartel, blasted the testimony as a show of “bad judgment” and “disgraceful fringe theater” in a statement.
“None of this would be possible if we actually had real elections. What we have instead is a government run by criminals financed by cartel narco-terrorists working with the CCP [Chinese Communist Party] sending in deadly fentanyl and murdering hundreds of thousands of Americans year after year,” Vandersteel lamented.
Barnett replied, saying that what came out is something he and others have suspected for quite a while now. “[It] makes a lot of sense to me with stuff that I’ve seen happen the last four to six years,” he added.
